5stars for customer service We ended up w/a different frame and I was unable to cancel this one. Their customer service was able to interrupt the delivery and we will be getting a refund. (If we dont I will update this review I did not get the product because we needed something immediately, but I was very pleased with how they were able to help us out Modern, comfortable and great value
