I ordered two of these and both arrived with the same piece broken. Its not a piece that renders the chair inoperable or is too noticeable, probably not worth the effort of returning since I didnt notice until one was assembled and the other was unpacked. Annoying, though, especially when the price just went down by 26 since my order.
