This is not a chair for those with cats. Ive watched cats stretch and leave permanent scars/holes. Its been assembled a couple weeks and its already not looking so hot.
Mistake: I went and sat in a similarly priced (it was on sale) rolling desk chair at Staples after purchasing this and in an instant regret my purchase. This doesnt have near the support or comfort of the LB.
Shipping: This arrived without a piston and after waiting a couple weeks I dropped 25 on a replacement myself. The enormous box was all but destroyed in transit and the chair within it was very poorly packed, meaning I could not have returned it if Id wanted to.
All around poor purchase.
