AWESOME!! The chair came perfectly with all parts and nothing was dinged or scratched. The assembly took about 10 mins and was very easy to understand as everything is clearly labeled. The chair is comfortable and reclines very nicely. Also the faux is very lux and will be easy to spot clean if needed.
The chair is soft but not to soft where it will lose its shape over time. Overall a great buy.
