Hardware inferior/screws do not turn into the mounting brackets
I was excited to see all the positive reviews about this product so when I opened the box, I noticed the quality of the white mdf layer as being scuffed. it was the inability to turn the screws into the bracket hinge plates that was unexpected. Inferior hardware.I wondered if there was any quality control. Customer service is great. I called to have one of the wall sides replaced. No problem, I was willing to wait but when I continued on to attach the hardware only a few screws actually turned. I decided then to wrap up the whole thing and return it.
