We had an issue with first shipment. A couple of pieces were broken. It was super easy to resolve. They asked to identify parts that were damaged and replacement parts were shipped very quickly.
Very happy with purchase. Would recommend if your are in the market for one of these (we mounted it under out 70 inch Tv which is also mounted on wall).
