The frame itself is good and sturdy, great for a kids room. All together it took around an hour to set up with a Phillips head screwdriver, everything else you need is included in the box and the instructions are easy to follow.
What was better than the bed was s customer service. As large heavy press/board furniture often is, it was damaged in shipping. Two of the drawers had thumb sized chunks missing out of them. I honestly expected to just dab a little white paint on the damage and call it even, but for grins decided to call the number on the side of the box. Without question they double checked the order, confirmed the damaged part numbers, and sent them expedited shipping. One of the best companies ive had a chance to purchase from in a long time and they will definitely be my go/to for any future furniture needs. I like the sturdiness and comfort of this product.
