Arrived earlier than expected, not complaining. Part of the assembly by the stairs was not correct and the provided pieces could not screw together. I had to go out to Lowes to get two nuts and screws that fit. Once assembled it was a nice bed that my small kids love. Nice low profile which is what I wanted. But other than that its nice
