When we received the chair there was a stain and water spot on the cushion. We contacted Jack at customer service and found out that the color that was shipped was out of stock, so we had a discussion about how to clean and remove the stain and water spot. Fortunately the product used for cleaning worked and we are a satisfied customer. Elegant and very comfortable
