Product is solid, was missing 2 screws, reached out to customer service for some assistance. They asked for a boatload of info just to confirm the order just to tell me they didnt have any extra screws they could send me and to go look for some myself. Great product, terrible customer service. Its not for everyone, but its perfect for us!
