Love the chairs just not how you have to return them if one is damaged.
One of the chairs cracked across the back when assembling. However we dont want to have to unassembly both chairs, pack them up and return them to a location that is at least 10 miles away. Very disappointed that we cant just return one chair and get a replacement.
