This works just as advertised. It only took about 10 minutes to add the keyboard tray and it was ready to go. It was a little hard to lower it back down the first time, but their customer service rep advised putting it on the floor and pushing down in the middle to get it down. That worked, and it has not been a problem since. I like that it raises higher than many others so it works well for people over 6 tall. It is very sturdy.
