In the package that I received, the rail on the top by the ladder is defective. The holes were improperly drilled in one of the part K boards. Both slats for the beds, part M boards, do not fit the predrilled holes in the side bars. As a result, parts G, H, and I are defective. It cannot be easily returned once you begin putting it together. I would like a refund, but I am not able to pack everything up to send it back. UPDATE: refunded the purchase. Strong one.
