We have loved our trampoline. We have had some very strong storms and due to the equipment given, it hasnt blown away. We also had a pole for the netting break due to a large limb falling on it. Customer service responded quickly and gave us the replacement part quickly as well! They also followed up to make sure that we received it and it worked. The product is very comfortable
