The trampoline lasted three years with moderate use. For such an expensive purchase, I expected it to last longer. (The zipper broke after a year, but the bottom material ripped after 3.) I contacted twice about possible mat replacement, with no luck. They just dont answer their email and texts. No phone number provided anywhere.
