The trampoline is well made, sturdy and the kids just LOVE it. We had to contact Customer Service because there were pieces that needed to be replaced due to weather damage and they are very responsive and accommodating - could not ask for better service and quality. Looking forward to many years of jumping fun for our kids (ages: 10 and 8).
