I read the reviews before hand and was a little apprehensive about buying. Took a chance and glad I did! It came packaged tightly in thick plastic wrap over the cardboard box. It was easy to assemble. I just took all of the pieces out of the box and placed them according to the final picture. Steps were easy to follow and I love the final product. Just followed the directions and was done before a movie ended on Netflix. Love this! Was pleasantly surprised
