When we received the trampoline assembly was very easy and quick. We did run into a problem that one of nuts to attached the handle wasn’t working because the threats were covered in black plastic. I sent a message to the seller, and received a very quick response plus immediately they mailed out the correct piece. I love the trampoline it’s very sturdy since I weigh 225lb I was concerned but it’s great and the added bonus of great customer service makes me definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a small exercise trampoline or for young children to play on inside.
