There were issues with the trampoline when it arrived. However, this product comes with outstanding customer service. They reached out to me multiple times and eventually we agreed upon a full refund. I am changing my review because of the customer service. I appreciate a company that stands behind their product like this and works with the customer to fix any problems. I will purchase from them again because of their customer service and desire to keep their customers happy.
Also, to get rid of the strong chemical smell from the rubber? Set it outside in the sun for a day and it bakes the smell away.

Item arrived damaged and used. The rubber is destroyed and there is rust on a number of spots. There is also a nasty smell.
