    A workout dream for anyone stuck at home

    Ive ran in place, getting my knees up as high as I can, while playing a PlayStation game, and my HR got up to nearly where it is whenever I go running on the trail. Id take an outdoor run any day of the week, but this is a real sweet alternative. Think of running or jump roping for cardio, WITHOUT your joints getting banged up when doing so. I love it!
