It was well packaged, no damaged. Instructions were so clear but to be honest you dont even need it. Its so easy to put together. I started by putting the feet, than the head board and than the sides. ITS SO EASY!!!! If you dont have a men or he aint handy it dont even matter. This royal blue is beautiful and soft. I wish it came in more colors to be honest. The bed makes no noice, once you put it together you feel like it should of cost more. I did have communication with seller and it was fast and easy.
