This was an aming find. With the foam mattress for less than one third of many other beds and mattresses I was looking at.
I was not expecting the beautiful appearance and the solid construction that arrived. And it is easier than any Ikea bed to assemble.
Now. I am a craftsman and I notice some things other people might not and that ultimately dont affect the aesthetics or the value. The corners arent quite flush or perfect, but really minimally so.
The wood is beautifully stained and smooth. I expected a little more of a rough cut texture just because of the price. I was pleasantly surprised that it is smooth.
I would buy this again and recommend to anyone who does not believe or want to believe quality has to be expensive.
