It arrived early which made me very happy considering that other furniture companies are having a hard time delivering furniture at all ( I actually cancelled a sofa from another company because they said it could be put to 3 months!). I had written customer service with a question and received a very prompt response the next day. It was very easy to put together ( one person, you will just need a cross tip/Philips screwdriver ) and it not only looks great and fits perfectly in my small space, but I actually love that its firm, as this will assure it from sagging like so many of thesesoft sofas. Overall Im very please from start to finish! Its OK.
