It’s gray, not white. Otherwise it is decent enough.
The very worst thing was that the box was partially damaged, so I tossed it. When I decided that the color just would not do, returning it became a nightmare. There was a shipping charge. Ok I expected that. But fedx charged me $225.00 for packaging. After talking to any number of agents, I felt assured that would help me pay for the packaging. After 4 phone calls and a number of appeals, did nothing, so the chair cost me almost twice as much.
