Basic. We were uncertain of the color that would best match our dining room, so ordered 1 box of each the , and dark gray/charcoal. Once received, color/wise we were leaning towards the dark gray, then noticed a big comfort difference and found that the has metal coils and some other strong flexible fabric under the cushion to provide support, but the grey does not. This seems very odd. But it made a big comfort difference and I believe also would make a big difference in longevity. So now we will likely order the instead, are hesit, but hopin they come off of the same assembly line? Meaning with the added support and resulting comfort and longevity.
