Fantastic customer service and product / new product needs shipping worked out
This product is very nice, unfortunately ours arrived damaged. We worked with the very nice customer service people, and they sent a replacement. Unfortunately that one arrived damaged as well. Most likely damaged in transit. The item itself is very good and customer service very good we may have just gotten unlucky with shipping.
