This bed is absolutely beautiful. Its sturdy, Im about 230lbs and my son 50lbs. We can both lay on the top bunk together. I love that the stairs have grips so he wont slip and fall easily. I love the option to not put the lower bunk in and leave it like a canopy bunk bed. The wood is beautiful, heavy and such a nice color. Im definitely satisfied with my purchase. Excellent quality and Excellent choice
