This is a two person job for sure. I took it on solo and made it happen, but two people are a must.
The juice is worth the squeeze on this. While assembling this I was super worried about stability (Im 6 5, 260 lbs) but it turned out pretty solid. It comes in one box at 80+ lbs, so two people are recommended. Assembly instructions are okay but I made a call and installed the slats at the very end, contrary to the instructions. Easy to assemble. Very sturdy.
