A struggle. My first surprise was seeing all the pieces for assembly stored inside the headboard upon arrival, inside the box. (Wood shavings everywhere) Assembly is HORRID because the instruction manual has absolutely no lettering, just pictures. I cant seem to find an assembly video anywhere.
