Not only is the mirror itself gorgeous, the customer service I receive was unmatched. FedEx had lost my package for days / the status said Delivered but it turned out FedEx had delivered to the wrong address. The seller was incredibly responsive to all my messages and without hesitating offered to send me another mirror. FedEx eventually found the lost mirror (which is hilarious, because Im not quite sure how you lose a 50 pound package) so I reached out to the seller to let them know they didnt need to send the replacement mirror. However, the seller let me know they had already sent the mirror (less than a day after I had confirmed my package. was lost!) and that I could keep the second mirror for free. Truly some of the best customer service I have ever come across.
The mirror itself is very sturdy, a great height, and sleek looking. The arch detail is beautiful and makes it a really unique piece. I would definitely recommend this product! Looks nice and sturdy.
