I have been using this ergo chair for a couple of weeks. It is very comfortable and meets my ergo need especially my lower back while working at home. The seat has strong cushion and I feel well supported. I had a helper with me when assembling the pieces but the steps are quite straightforward. I was amazed by its packing as well. All parts were well wrapped.
