I had an issue with my delivery, and Nelly resolved it with ease. As opposed to sending me a replacement rocker runner (just the one part) for the damaged one, I got a whole new rocking chair and was still offered to keep my original order / in other words, I got two rocking chairs for the price of one! My mom loves it.
