I opened the box....well packaged. But the entire cabinet is in pieces...the directions are vague and illustrated . There are so MANY pieces its overwhelming and hard to know how to begin. The screws and tiny bits and pieces of hardware is many. You need an expert to assemble this. Im very disappointed because the color is beautiful and the pieces feel nice. I wonder if I can order an assembler person now, after I purchased.
