Tried to put this together at xmas time and wow what a disaster.
Took it all apart, which took an hour in itself as theres dozens and dozens of pieces! Broke the box down, cleaned up all the pieces and styro foam, and organized pieces by similarity and shape and size. Got cracking. went an hour into putting together andddddddddddd big bracket side piece is missing. We checked and received TWO of the other piece???
Also, the box it was shipped in was obliterated when it was delivered. I do understand it could have been or UPSs fault and not that of the manufacturer but still. this box is super long and SUPER heavy! Team lift is advised
