I love the look (and feel) of this chair and I love that the arms can go up for when I want to sit incorrectly. The only thing I dont like is how loud and creaky it is, every movement is heard and felt, I have started to tune it out because it happens so often. It is very comfortable, the only reason Im giving 4 starts is because If the creaking.
