Update: The seller reached out to me and gave me a credit to purchase a new gas cylinder, this should fix my issue of the seat dropping. I have not purchased it yet but I am sure it will help. The seller has been very helpful which I greatly appreciate!
This chair overall is comfortable and looks very nice in a home office setting. I have owned this now for 2 months and the hydraulics are starting to go out already as the seat will not stay lifted and I have to continue to keep raising the seat throughout the day. Also the tilt function does not always work and gets stuck quite often. This chair did come with a warranty so I will be following through with that to see if there is anything that can be done.
