the seat itself broke on me but their customer service is actually fantastic and after sending pictures of the item they were able to refund me for my broken chair. I loved it during use. Before it went tho it started making all sorts of creeking sounds and squeaks, the arm rests got a little dull but nothing to major. I wish I got more use out of it but honestly just because of the customer service and since it was a great chair while working I have changed my review to 4 stars
