I purchased this chair for my home office. Ive been using it for about 1 1/2 months now. The chairs fabric is soft. The fact that the arms fold up make it perfect for nighttime storage. The chairs seat is bigger than I need it to be however it works well since I like to sit with my legs folded under me.
The cushion is just OK. I wish the bottom seat had more cushion in it and that the back part of the seat was more ergonomic. Theres not as much support there as I would have liked. The arms were too low for my comfort so I had to purchase padded armrest covers to raise them a bit. Installation was a bit tricky. I was just barely able to do it myself with a bit of awkward difficulty! It didnt help that 2 of the holes where the screws went into were not cut right making screwing them in almost impossible and that was without trying to secure the brackets to the cushion. I also replaced the wheels, not because there was anything wrong with them, but because they were a bit noisy on my hardwood floor. They did not scratch the floor. It also would have been nice to have independent controls to change the position of the seat back and literal seat to adjust to my comfort (Im not sure if this could be done due to how the chair is put together).
Overall, I do like the chair but am disappointed that it isnt more comfortable considering it wasnt cheap.
