If only the seat had a bit more padding, I would rate it a 10 in every respect. That said, I bought two of them sand will try to find an upholsterer who can add more seat padding. I use this for long hours each day so need the extra padding. Elegant and so nice feeling. Almost hugs the user. I would gladly pay more to get the manufacturer to make a deluxe model for me and others. You have the making for an over/the top chair!
