I had a unique situation with this company. They accidentally sent me the wrong chair and then they sent my replacement to the wrong address. BUT I was in contact with the company literally every day until my chair arrived. I was satisfied with their support team 99 of the time. (I got one response that was super bizarre and thats when I was officially frustrated, but you could tell that seemed to be one person that probably wasnt their best).
Assembly: I did it by myself with the tool provided. I recommend not doing the directions in the order provided because then youre rolling all over the place trying to get the back to screw on. Put the wheels on last.
Comfort: this chair was worth it (price, shipping drama etc) I actually sit up straight (the back doesnt adjust) my entire class. Its a great balance of comfort and support! Definitely recommend for a comfortable ergonomic chair.
