this chair is sooo comfortable! I am 51 and this is not too tall for me. it does recline. the big round knob under the seat loosens up you lean back and then lift the locking lever. when you want to lean forward to type you just unlock, lean forward and lift the locking lever again. its very simple to use!
when putting the back of the chair on, lay the front side flat and line up the 2 bottom holes with the back and then screw those in first one at a time. then put the back right side up and screw in the top 2 holes one at a time
