I have been using this chair for two months now.
As shown in the photos, the chair looks really good in your study as a serious executive chair in grey velvet color.
The back support is strong and controls are smooth.
The only thing i wished is that the backrest moved independently of the seat base which i miss, but the soft cushion travel makes up for it. The tilt action also helps in recline and lounging
Its a strong chair and does on creak and crank when you move around sitting on it
