So pleased with this comfortable, versatile and esthetically/pleasing chair
I needed a new office chair after I started working from home due to the current COVID/19 pandemic. My trusty old office chair was no longer cutting it. It was far from ergonomic and was taking a toll on my back. Not to mention, the bonded leather was beginning to peel terribly and would stick to clothing and skin especially throughout the humid summer weather. What immediately caught my eye about this office chair was that it was one of the few that wasnt upholstered in bonded leather or PU (faux) leather. The next thing that sold me on the purchase was that not only does the chair recline and rock, it also offered flip up armrests which I didnt realize how much of a benefit they were until daily use. Although the box it was shipped in was large and a bit challenging to maneuver up stairs, the actual assembly of the chair was fairly simple.
Despite reading prior reviews citing slow shipping, I received the chair much more quickly than expected. Customer support was also very friendly and responsive to inquiries.
