EDIT: The chair I originally ordered was a malfunction in manufacturing. I was refunded for the chair and the customer service was great.

Not happy with this chair. It is not well made. Not comfortable at all. Makes Loud noises every time you move. Wish I could send back. Completely unhappy with it.
