It doesnt sit fully upright so if that is what you are looking for look elsewhere. It is very comfy and rocks easily
Edit: 4 months in and the hydraulics are dying. I put the chair at highest height and it slowly lowers thru the day. A few hours in and I am at the lowest setting. It is very comfortable, but its a pain to continually reset chair height. I work from home so I sit in it 7 hours a day 5 days a week.
