All packaging was protective and arrived fast protected. Assembly was easy with easy to read instructions even as building it alone you can move the item into your favor. All screw slots aligned perfectly. This does tilt with a little leg effort, but ok with as im not a fan. Support is aming! Very thick and cushioned for comfort. Color is just as pictured. Beautiful stylish grey with soft material. Very in love with my new work chair!!
