The chair arrived promptly, well packed, instructions were clear and easy to assemble. Needed a little help to assemble the back cushion. Not giving 5 stars because the seat cushion was a little bit dirty and the material the chair is covered by, is a little shinny, velvet like, didnt expect it. otherwise its comfortable.
