It was well protected and packaged with minimum materials. Instructions were easy to understand and the hex key and screws were also easy to handle and did not hurt my hand. I had to use a flashlight to align some part, but other than that, everything was smooth to assemble. The fabric of the chair is super smooth, soft and very nice to touch. The seat is very wide and comfortable. One pillow (I purchased the pillow cover in the photos from , of course!) for the back makes it perfect! I am very happy with my purchase! This one in sea foam is for my hobby room. If they can make one in dark chocolate color, I would like to get it for the family room as well. Anyway, I highly recommend it!
