Its a very solid beautiful piece of furniture. There was a delay due to Hurricane Harvey and the company had great customer service. They reached out to me with an apology and offer of a upgraded product at no charge. I ended up waiting for this bed and it was promptly sent as soon as possible. Very happy with it. I can fit 4 children in it easily. Perfect for sleepovers!
