I bought the 14ft trampoline for my kids. They use it every day, i enjoy it too. Several springs have broke after 5 months but the company sent new ones. The customer service is awesome! They are working on sending new springs.
***Update*** After 9 months the frame broke . I reached out to the company and again the customer service was incredible. They replaced it. The new trampoline was here within 3 days! I appreciate their efforts to please and right the problem.
